Excellent reports! Thanks for doing this for us and looking forward to the water reports. Would be very happy to give you a very good recommendation, just let me know where to do that, assuming you would like one.

Thank you Peter! It was a pleasure to meet you and to work with you today. I learned a great deal and I really appreciate your role as both an educator and a professional inspector. I will review after work today and let you know if I have any questions. Thanks for your time.

Not only are you probably the most prompt home inspector in history, but the most fun and informative to work with. You made what could have been a chore into a wonderful learning experience. We're very much into maintaining with quality work these wonderful homes and we so appreciate what your experience found.
